End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("You") and Mancers Info Services Pvt Ltd ("Company").

1. License Grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees, the Company grants You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the VANE software solely for lawful purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You agree that you shall not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties.
• Use the Software to develop a competing product.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Software is licensed on a subscription basis. Failure to pay fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of this license. All payments shall comply with RBI and Indian taxation regulations.

4. Updates and Modifications

The Company may deploy updates, patches, or modifications automatically to maintain security, improve functionality, or address issues. You agree to receive such updates.

This license terminates automatically upon any breach of its terms by You. Upon termination, You must uninstall, destroy all copies, and cease use of the Software immediately.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
