This Terms of Use agreement (“Terms”) governs the access to and use of the website https://vanebrowser.com, the VANE desktop application, and all related services, tools, software, APIs, dashboards, documentation, and support services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Mancers Info Services Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Pune, Maharashtra, India (“Company”, “VANE”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

“User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing the website, downloading, installing, or using the VANE software, You expressly agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If You do not agree, You must immediately discontinue use.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If You are using VANE on behalf of an organization, You represent that You have authority to bind such entity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Permitted Use

VANE is designed to support legitimate and lawful activities including, but not limited to: privacy protection, account segregation, automation testing, ad verification, quality assurance, market research, cybersecurity testing, and internal business operations.

Use of VANE must always comply with applicable Indian laws, international laws, and third-party platform terms.

VANE may interact with third-party websites, proxy providers, extensions, or services. The Company does not control or endorse such third-party services and shall not be responsible for their availability, accuracy, or legality.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, and website content, are the exclusive property of Mancers Info Services Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Services, **without prior notice**, if We reasonably believe that You have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or engaged in prohibited activities.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located exclusively in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
