Who runs several TikTok accounts
- Agencies and social media managers handling brand accounts for clients
- Creators who keep a personal channel apart from a business one
- Companies with a different account for each country or product line
What goes wrong in a single browser
A normal browser keeps one set of cookies and one device identity for everything you open in it. Short-video accounts stay signed in all day, often next to a scheduling or analytics tab. In a normal browser every TikTok login sits in the same cookie store, so one account can replace another, and a quick post can go out from the wrong one.
Our beginner’s guide to managing multiple accounts explains the problem in more detail.
How VANE keeps your TikTok accounts apart
One profile per account
Each TikTok account lives in its own profile, with its own cookies and storage. Nothing is shared between profiles.
Its own network address
Give a profile its own HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy and test it before you open the browser.
Details that agree
Time zone and language follow the profile’s country, so the address, the clock and the language tell the same story.
Set up once, reopen any time
A profile keeps its cookies and settings between sessions. You open it and carry on.
Check TikTok’s rules first
Whether you may run more than one TikTok account, and how, is set by TikTok, not by your browser. Read TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines before you start, and follow them. Breaking a platform’s rules can lead to accounts being closed, whatever tool you use.
TikTok offers business tools for sharing access to a brand account, such as TikTok Business Center. Where a platform lets teammates have their own login, use that.
Questions about TikTok and VANE
Can I use more than one TikTok account?
That depends on TikTok’s own rules, which can change. Read its terms and policies before you open or manage more than one account, and follow them. VANE is a browser: it keeps your accounts organised and separate, and it does not change what TikTok allows.
Does VANE log in to TikTok for me?
No. VANE is a browser. You sign in yourself, in a profile of your own, and the cookies stay in that profile.
Do I need a separate proxy for each TikTok profile?
If you do not want accounts linked by network address, give each profile its own address, in the region that matches the account, and check your proxy provider’s rules too. Our guide to SOCKS5 and HTTP proxies explains the options.
How can I check a profile before I use it for TikTok?
Run it through free test pages for fingerprint, WebRTC and DNS leaks. Our guides explain what each test shows and how to read it.
